Bya Inc. Bya Incorporated, the "tech branch" if you will, is a sub organization founded by Timothy Sturm and co-founded by Itsy Productions in Feburary 2009. Shortly there after Bya Inc. joined Itsy Productions as a sub branch. The idea came upon James Waller as he was talking with Timothy Sturm who is responsible for the codeing and development of Parthenon (the first mmorpg released by Itsy productions[I] and later renamed "Sega Frontier") Bya Inc.
